The Village is a development with a difference. Unlike most housing developments The Village is being created by a community of people who are committed to ecological, social and economic sustainability.
Our plans for a 67 acre farm adjoining Cloughjordan in North Tipperary include community allotments and an extensive area for woodland and wildlife. Becoming a member of The Village offers an opportunity to live in a unique community with a superb quality of life.
After several years of planning, we are now ready to start building, with the first home beginning this summer. There are some sites left, but they are expected to be sold out soon. If you are interested in moving to The Village, we’d recommend you come and visit us on an ‘experience day’
The Cloughjordan experience day provides an opportunity to learn more about the project, walk the land and meet existing members. The experience days look at all aspects of the project, including a project overview, a tour of the nursery and allotment area, business opportunities for new members, house designs and available sites in the project.
